Orders are generally processed same or next business day and ship via UPS Ground from our location in Massachusetts. Delivery time is estimated at 1-4 business days but this can vary depending on your location.

As of now, we have not received any returns! Some of our products are sent directly to us for inspection as part of our quality control process and repackaged using the same packing materials.

Our Gabi items are entirely hand-dyed and SHOULD NOT be washed with other items. Please see the individual product pages for care instructions.

To care for traditionally woven wool blankets, air them out regularly, shake them to remove dust, and avoid frequent washing. Spot clean spills, and when necessary, wash in cold water using a gentle, wool-specific detergent on a delicate cycle, then hang flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight and tumble dryers.

Our ceramic items are intended for indoor use. Significant temperature fluctuations are not recommended.

To remove surface dust please use a soft, damp cloth.

Unglazed Finish:

Unglazed ceramics may develop a patina over time as its exposure to moisture, soil and plant matter increase. The highly porous nature of the material may also develop exterior moss, especially if located in a cool, damp space.

Do not allow the base of The Flying Planter to be submerged in water for extended periods. Varying levels of minerals in water can cause build up or discoloration over time. In most cases this can be wiped clean but in some cases visual damage can be permanently noticeable. Use an elevated drain base if available, place in sink until excess water drains, or measure water with maximum soil absorption factored in.

For glazed stoneware, handwash with mild soap and a soft sponge, avoiding harsh abrasives and sudden temperature changes. Scouring pads should be avoided, they may scratch the glaze.  It’s best to prevent porous areas from prolonged soaking and avoiding metal utensils to maintain finish.

YES! They are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Currently, we do not charge sales tax for orders shipped to any other states.
